This Privacy Policy explains how Izenth AI (we, us, or our) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at https://izenth-ai.site or engage our AI automation services. We are an AI Systems Development Agency operating from Pakistan and serving clients internationally. We build custom AI Agents, connected AI Systems, dashboards, software interfaces, and automation workflows for businesses.
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out our contact form, send email, message via WhatsApp, or schedule a Zoom call. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, job title, and project details. Our hosting servers may also record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and visited pages for operational stability and security monitoring.
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand business needs, provide quotes, schedule discovery calls, deliver agreed AI systems, send project updates and invoices, improve website functionality, diagnose technical issues, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information for third-party marketing purposes, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
For people located in the EEA, processing may be based on consent, contractual necessity for delivering an agreed service, or legitimate interests such as responding to enquiries, maintaining website security, and improving our services.
We share information only where necessary for service delivery or legal obligations. Relevant tools may include n8n, Claude AI / Anthropic, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, hosting or cloud providers, and APIs used for project delivery. Data shared with third-party platforms is limited to what is required for the project. Izenth AI never sells, rents, licenses, or commercially distributes Client Data or personal information.
Izenth AI respects the confidentiality and ownership of Client Data. Information, files, business processes, workflows, credentials, and project materials are used solely for delivering agreed services and handled with appropriate security measures.
All business data, documents, records, customer information, workflows, databases, and other materials provided by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client. Izenth AI does not claim ownership of Client Data.
Where delivery requires access to platforms, accounts, APIs, or business systems, access is used only for developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, or supporting the agreed project. Access is limited to authorized personnel and removed when no longer required or at completion unless ongoing maintenance is agreed.
Izenth AI uses its own testing credentials where possible. When Client credentials are required, we request the minimum necessary access, use credentials only for the agreed project, integrate keys securely, and never sell, share, or use them for unrelated purposes.
Client files, workflows, documentation, software, databases, prompts, and related materials are stored in secure access-restricted environments. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Project data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, contractual obligations, legal requirements, or dispute resolution, then securely deleted or anonymized where practical.
Izenth AI implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted communication where available, access-restricted project environments, secure credential handling, periodic security review, and limited authorized access. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Izenth AI operates from Pakistan. Information from outside Pakistan may be transferred to and processed in Pakistan. For clients in the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms when transferring data to third-party providers.
Business workflows, customer information, internal processes, pricing, documentation, source materials, and proprietary information are treated as confidential. Izenth AI will not disclose confidential information unless required by law, necessary to provide agreed services, or authorized by the Client in writing.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, receive a portable copy of, object to processing of, or withdraw consent for your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days where applicable.
California residents may request details about personal information collected, request deletion subject to exceptions, and exercise rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Our website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or third-party advertising scripts. Any cookies used are strictly technical cookies required for basic website operation and do not collect personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
